Want to share sweet snacks and not greasy and of course it will not make you squeaky, if you bite it really hard. Actually making a legit layer cake is arguably easy, it only takes extra patience.


Material :

  • 380 gr roombutter (butter that can be stored at room temperature)
  • 30 gr sweetened condensed milk
  • 30 barrels of egg yolk
  • 220 grams of sand sugar
  • 50 grams of low-protein flour
  • 80 gr of milk powder



How to make :

  1. Size pan 17x17cm spread butter, then cover the bottom with baking paper. Set aside.
  2. Enter roombutter, sweetened condensed milk. Stir using a mixer until fluffy, set aside.
  3. Beat with a 30 egg mixer with added sugar. Beat until blended and change color to pale.
  4. Finely sift the flour and milk powder over the egg mixture, then stir well using a mixer and add the butter mixture that has been shaken earlier. Mixer back until blended.
  5. Put 1 vegetable spoon (80 grams) of the mixture in the baking pan. Prepare Oven then heat the dough above 250 degrees Celsius. The surface of the dough should brown in 5-7 minutes.
  6. Press the cake mixture, add another 1 tablespoon of vegetable (80 grams) in a baking sheet. Do it until the dough runs out about 15 layers.
  7. After all the dough is roasted. Chill the layer cake at room temperature. Then remove from the pan. Cut to taste.




Tip: Make sure to bake no more than 10 minutes for each layer so that the cake remains soft and the mixture before pouring in the pan should be stirred evenly to prevent bubbles
