The binary clock is a timepiece system without displaying numbers like the usual clock we encounter.

Well, how to read it like this, a vertical row representing a number, and read from the bottom:
0 = there is no point that lights up in a row.
1 = only the lowest point is on.
2 = only the second point from the bottom lights up.
3 = the first and second points are on, because the first point is 1, and the second point is two, if combined then 1 + 2 = 3.
4 = only the third point from the bottom lights up.
5 = the third and first point lights up, because the third point is 4 and the first point is 1, then 4 + 1 = 5.
6 = the third and second point lights up, because the third point is 4 and the second point is 2, then 4 + 2 = 6.
7 = first, second, and third points turn on simultaneously. the first point represents 1, the second represents 2, and the third represents 4, then 1 + 2 + 4 = 7.
8 = only the fourth point lights up.
9 = the fourth and first point that lights up, because the fourth point represents 8 and the first point represents 1, then 8 + 1 = 9.
Since our clock uses a numerical number system, only 9 will appear as the highest number, after that it returns to zero, the rotation is exactly like the mileage meter on the speedo meter.
