Pramoedya Ananta Toer wrote these words in the book 'Child of All Nations'. The sentence above refers to the words of his mother who wholeheartedly loved Pram. And sure enough, until Pram left this world, his words never died. He remains eternal.
Such is the description of the importance of writing it. He seemed to have a life and life. Especially if the writing is indeed full of impressions for its readers. Because of life, then writing should also have the characteristics and characteristics.
Starting to write also means to understand what we are writing about. Because writing is animate writing that is also easily understood by others. A lifeless writing could be because the writer barely understood what he was saying.
Not only in scientific writing, just writing on a blog also has to have strong character and character. The more characterized our writing, the easier it will be for people to identify. Even if it's copied by someone else, the author's character will still be read easily.
In general, writing has a scientific nature. Among them:
- Straightforward: It means the writing does not contain excess emotional elements in it. Nor does it contain broad meaning. For example, I want to write about how to write, what is discussed is how to write, not including other tools such as how to repair a bicycle in it
- Logical: The words used in writing do not violate the rules, aka arranged in a consistent manner. If you write how to cook curry, it should be more sequential with logical logic. Don't make people think the way we say is impossible.
- Effective: The sentences presented are unanimity. Don't present sentences that make the reader frown because he doesn't understand. In it there is an element of emphasis and effective development.
- Efficient: We recommend that in presenting writing, the words chosen are common languages that are easily understood by humans. Don't write to please the robot, because the judge in the end is human. If there are words that are less popular, you should look for an equivalent.
- Baku: Our Indonesian language is very rich. Good writing uses standard words. Do not because they want to be accused of being a modern child, the language also matches everyday words. In short, avoid using the word alay or writing with many abbreviations and elements of letters and numbers. Do not.
The nature of the text above is important to note. Although to write on a blog is not always necessary. But the most basic thing is that the writing is easy to understand and the message to be conveyed to the reader.
So far I have still continued to learn how all readers can understand what I am writing about. Because every writing has its own market. It becomes hard work.
